Here are a few trip reports submitted by
some of our clients. |

We had an awesome trip that I would
recomend to friends. We have been to Couples Negril also and liked Couples Sans
Souci much better for the nude facilities. Couples Sans Souci has the perfect
balance of providing a nude beach etc. and also remaining a very classy upscale
resort. Wish there were rooms on the nude side like you mentioned.
Also
nightly bar/lights etc. on the nude side would be fun. It shut down with no
lights at all after dark. Food was fantastic. Rooms very clean and nice (B
block). Service was amazingly good and fast. Not much entertainment at night
after dinner but that was fine with us. We 'played' hard all day.

We had a very nice time at Couples San
Souci Resort. It is probably about a 3.5-star resort. The food was very well
prepared, however we would like to have seen a broader selection. We had a
penthouse suite. Great ocean view from the balcony, and the room was quite
spacious. The only downside was that the appointments in the bathroom were
about a Motel 6 quality, and there was only one sink (this is a "COUPLES"
place). The bed in the room was adequate, but not luxurious by any stretch of
the imagination.
The au natural beach, pool, swim up bar and grill were
quite nice. The beach was actually better than the "prude" beach. Very few
guests used the au natural section - too much American repressed guilt we
assume. The entertainment was better than we got at the Palace Resorts all
inclusives we have stayed at in Mexico.
The staff generally tried hard
to please. Attitudes varied from warm & friendly to surly. Most were quite
nice. Transportation to and from the resort was well organized and efficient.
Although the resort was half full or less, the staff held firmly to the policy
of requiring reservations for the italian and french restaurants. Selections at
the Jamaican restaurant next to the prude beach were limited. The lunch buffet
in the French restaurant was pretty good. Breakfast in the French restaurant
was good as well. Room service was responsive.
Overall, we had a very
nice time. If you are looking for a resort that has a nude beach/pool and
"lifestyle" activities, this is not the place. The au natural facilities were
just that. No clothing allowed - and this is NOT optional.

The resort was a lovely all inclusive gem.
The view from our room was spectacular, the food was excellent, the
entertainment was delightful and the atmosphere was romantic. The beaches were
not fine white powder sand, but were well groomed, packed tan sand. The nude
beach was just that, a nude, not clothing optional, beach. The atmosphere at
the nude beach was sedate, calm, relaxing and, in its own way, genteel. This
was the perfect place to try a first time nude experience. The ages of couples
on the beach ranged from newly married couples in their twenties, to couples in
their seventies. Every body size and type was observed. All seemed at ease with
themselves and were enjoying the relaxed atmosphere of the beach and pool. It
was a really joyful experience.

Sans Souci was everything I remembered from
1980 and more. I had dinner once there years ago but stayed at the Shaw Park.
The food, service and atmosphere was great. The nude beach and pool area was
also super. Very low key and unassuming. My wife was not too thrilled with the
thought of going nude but I think she realized it is nice to feel the freedom
from clothes and suits. Resort was in very nice shape and well connected with
communications etc. Night life is low key but that is kind of what we wanted.
All in all a great trip. Thanks to you and your staff for handling the booking
for us so professionally and timely.

The staff at Sans Souci was marvelous,
especially Roger and Adrian on the A/N side ( where we spent most of our time
). I think we may be slightly jaded by our previous experiences at Couples Ocho
Rios and Grand Lido Braco. While we never saw a GM on Tower Isle at Couples OR,
the remoteness of the island made that very understandable.
The one
time that Pierre, the G/M from Sans Souci, came over to the A/N side while we
were there, he made no effort to chat with any of us. By contrast, Ron
Droegmyer at Grand Lido Braco was over almost every day while we were there
last year.
Truth is, we got an amazing deal, and got great value out
of our trip. But the few disappointments did stick with us. Feel free to pass
comments along. Would love to see Sans Souci grow into a real A/N destination,
instead of the afterthought that the A/N side seems to be.
(NOTE: Sans
Souci announced 100 new rooms are planned for the Au Naturel side) END

We spent our first 4 nights at Couples Ohco
Rios and our last 5 nights at CSS.I'll review CSS here. The property is
beautiful. The beachs are very nice, especially the A/N Beach.Couples policy is
the A/N Beach is nude only.It seemed the first few days that Security/Staff did
not enforce the policy. There were many people staying on the beach fully
clothed and gawking at others.Several couples, including us, contacted
management to complain. It got much better the last two days of our trip and
security asked several people to leave the A/N Beach that were there to "look".
The food, room service and facilities were very good. They could improve
the beer selection, as they only have Red Stripe available. In general, the
Staff is not as friendly and polite as the Staff at COR.Also, the atmosphere at
the A/N Beach is not as fun and party like as at COR's Tower Island. However, we
found the facilities at CSS to be nicer and the A/N area includes a
beach, pool, jacuzzi and grille where the food is cook fresh.

I visited Sans Souci w/ a group of friends
for a wedding. It was the most romantic, sceneic place I've ever been. Much
thanks to Trevor(The Piano Man), Super Kev(Ballon Bar Bartender) &
Christopher in Watersports. These guys were very gracious and helped to make my
vacation a very memorable one. Can't wait to come again........I hope to see
you all again next year.... |

We went to San Souci to escape the Virginia
blizzard and recover from major job burnout. San Souci was the perfect choice:
relaxed, romantic, easy pace, stunning tropical setting, excellent rooms,
manicured facilities, and (as my wife said) primo pampering. I'm going to frame
my credit card imprint that the hotel returned to me when we checked out - zero
charges !! The "all inclusive" package was really all inclusive. The room, the
meals, the water sports, the elegant dining, the spa services were available as
advertised with no hassle and we used them all. We've been back only 2 days and
we're already started planning our return trip. |

My wife and I spent 10 days at San Souci.
The facilities ( especially the SPA activities ), people and atmosphere were
phenominal. Although we did go shopping and played golf off-site, there really
isn't any need to ever leave the property. The nude beach is actually nicer
than the primary beach and is well worth several trips. Be SURE to ask one of
the bartenders for a "Dirty Banana". We did tip the airport and transportation
personnel, but it stops the minute you step on the property...very romantic,
very relaxing...5 stars. |
